Even More Wednesday Pics

Our day was spent traveling to Rancho Ebenezer and then to Parque Picacho.  Please enjoy our day along with us!

A water park on the edge of
the city.
Honduran "grass"...
actually looks like some type of clover.
On the way to the Ranch.
The condition of the road that
 took us to the Ranch.
Ken from the Ranch, telling
us about their coffee crop.
Dead pine trees from the devastating
pine bark beetle 2 years ago.
No.... these are not birds but are
mosquitoes, not uncommon when
one goes to Honduras during the rainy
season!
These are real mushrooms.. another
result of the rainy season.
Debbie at Parque Picacho where
the big statue of Jesus is.
Pretty view from the park.
Beautiful sky today at the park.
From the mountains, the statue
of Jesus towers over the city,
where everyone can see it.
We felt very safe at the park
with these guys around!
